MADRAS, OR – Designed for the mobile document destruction industry, KEITH offers a smaller self-unloader for shred vehicles. Documents are shredded, and then stored on the WALKING FLOOR® unloading system, which is installed into the truck body. Shredded documents are easily unloaded once the truck reaches a secure location.
This “moving floor” unloader is made of a series of floor slats, which are powered by a hydraulic drive. As the floor cycles through its phases, the material is conveyed out the back of the truck.
Automating the unloading process increases the efficiency of the mobile document destruction environment.
Increase Shred Truck Efficiency and Payload with moving floor unloader
Unloading time is under five minutes and no tipping of the truck is needed. The horizontal unloading process enables trucks to unload inside buildings for increased security.
For more than 40 years, KEITH Mfg. Co. has provided a variety of industries with reliable and innovative WALKING FLOOR® technology.
